ABSTRACT:
WhatsApp sends real-time messages and is one of the world’s most popular communication applications in the 21st century. While this article extends the current knowledge on the use of WhatsApp, it also highlights the Health problems of WhatsApp use by people. The world is ever changing due to the advancement in the realm of science and technology. Whatsapp is one of the changes in technology that is commonly used on specific mobile phones and computers. Along with the popularity people are addicting and getting some of health problems. Among the Health problems Whatsappitis is one of the new emerging diseases. “The diagnosis for the bilateral wrist pain was WhatsAppitis.” WhatsAppitis, a condition caused by the excessive use of the popular instant messaging app, WhatsApp, characterized by a typical wrist pain, comes in the hoary tradition of device-use related injuries. Whatsappitis is also called as De Quervain Syndrome or Tenosynovitis. Causes:- Repeated use of Thumbs for typing messages in whatsApp messenger. Best way to relieve this Complete abstinence from using the phone to send over messages. This article is describing about possible Definition, Etiology, Clinical manifestations, Diagnosis and Treatment Modalities.
