ABSTRACT:
Miltelschmerz is one sided lower abdominal pain associated with ovulation. The exact cause is unknown. It can feel like a sharp, or like a dull cramp. It is not dangerous, and is usually mild. It generally lasts a few hours, and for some people can last a few days.
