ABSTRACT:
Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a mother giving birth to a child. Most pregnant women worry about the upcoming labor and delivery of their babies. Pregnancy and child birth are important events in any women’s life. This is a time of great hope and enjoyment. Every year about 287,000 women die of causes associated with childbirth, 99 percent in developing countries.1 The childbirth experience has always represented a very important event in women’s lives, a unique and special moment, marked by the transformation of the woman in her new role, that of being a mother.2 This article describes the most popular Natural birthing methods used in India and in many developed countries as well.
