ABSTRACT:
Everyone has the same amount of time available. We cannot control time, but we can learn to use it more efficiently and effectively by planning carefully. What is time management? • Systematic, priority-based structuring of time allocation and distribution among competing demands1. • The term 'time budgeting' is said to be the more appropriate one1. What time management is NOT: • Staying busy always at work • Avoiding time spent at leisure7
